Utah Fibromyalgia Association is a free and non profit support group for people with fibromyalgia, their families, and friends. UFA is affiliated with the National Fibromyalgia Association (www.fmaware.org), International Leaders Against Pain, National Fibromyalgia Association Leaders Coalition, International Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and the Center for Understanding, Education, and Research of Fibromyalgia (CUREFM).  Located in Cache Valley, UFA (formerly Northern Utah Fibromyalgia Connection) was founded by Jan Chambers of Providence, Utah.
